Narendra Modi Takes Oath As Prime Minister Of India For Third Consecutive Time. BJP’s Narendra Modi has sworn in as the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive time following the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. 72 ministers will also be sworn in. But this time around BJP failed to get a majority and is forming a coalition NDA government with support from allies like the TDP and JD(U).

According to sources, Anurag Thakur, former Youth Affairs and Minister of Information and  Broadcasting, Smriti Irani, who was the Minister of Women and Child Development and Minister of Minority of Affairs, and Narayan Rane, who was the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Minister, are not included in the ministerial positions of the coalition government. Moreover, the new cabinet will constitute of fresh faces to power the coalition government.
