Do Patti Review: Fans Rave About Kriti Sanon’s Beauty And Kajol Still Doing Films. Netflix’s latest thriller Do Patti starring Kriti Sanon in a double role will keep movie buffs busy this weekend. Kajol packs in power in her cop role and Shaheer Sheikh dazzles females with his looks and deep voice.

Kirit Sanon also makes her debut as a producer with Do Patti. The glamorous actress posted on her Instagram that this is her first film as a producer, first with a double role. Kriti Sanon described her role as challenging with lots of twists, turns, rivalry, love, and hurt.

Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, Do Patti has been written and co-produced by Kanki Dhillion. This film is themed around domestic violence, highlighting what women can do, stand up and take a stand, with shades of grey.

Do Patti is Kriti Sanon’s second movie with Kajol. They had last starred together in Dilwale (2015) with Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan. The film is set in a fictional hill station called Devipur. Kajol plays the cop Vidya Jyothi. Her role is quite powerful as a cop and lawyer. She is against patriarchy and corruption and rattles men whenever she can.

Chaturvedi’s direction is commendable, and so are the characters, and stellar performances by Kajol and Kriti Sanon. Not to give away any spoilers, Do Patti is a mystery. But given its names, the audience can themselves make out what’s happening and is left wondering whether it’s a romantic thriller a psychological drama, or domestic abuse – really!
