With the trailer of the much-awaited Sikandar launching today in Mumbai, fans can purchase the movie tickets in advance starting March 25. Salman Khan’s latest flick, featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, Sathyaraj, and Kajal Aggarwal, will hit cinemas worldwide on Eid, March 30.
Film posters are already out with the makers revealing who is in the ensemble cast. It has also been shared on social media through Nadiadwala Grandson on Instagram with the caption “Bas ab mudne ki der hai. Dil thaam ke baithiye. Just a few hours to go.”
Superstar Salman Khan features as Sikandar, delighting fans with a rugged yet charismatic avatar. Analysts believe this will be one of the biggest films of the year, as in the past with Wanted (2009), Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Kick (2014), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) and Sultan (2016). The actor dominates Eid, keeping fans glued to their seats raving for more.

Salman Khan Two Characters in ‘Sikandar’
Director AR Murugadoss revealed that Salman Khan portrays two characters, Sanjay and Sikandar, in Sikandar. He has promised to deliver a strong interval scene for the superstar that will electrify Bhai’s fans for sure.
Murugadoss, who has earlier worked with Aamir Khan in Ghajini and Akshay Kumar in Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty, shared some insight about the script. He said when you are working with superstars, you cannot be 100 percent true to the script. The Filmfare Award-winning director explained that they have to compromise for the audience, for the fan base, for the opening. “We cannot go with 100 percent genuine as a director, we’ve to satisfy the fans and think about them.”
AR Murugadoss highlighted that Sikandar’s first teaser, a one-minute 41-second video, was released in 2024 – Salman Khan entered the room filled with weapons and people dressed in samurai armor.
