Jeff Bezos has again found love, this time with Lauren Sanchez, an American journalist and philanthropist, following a much-publicized divorce from MacKenzie Scott after 25 years of marriage in 2019. Touted as the ‘Wedding of the Century’, Jeff Bezos will wed Lauran Sanchez, 55, in Venice, Italy.
The grand wedding, which will draw A-list guests including Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Katy Perry, Eva Longoria, Orlando Bloom, Kim Kardashian, Amanda Nguyen, Aisha Bowe, Gayle King, and Kerianne Flynn, among others, will take place aboard Koru – a $500 million megayacht, anchored in the Venetian Lagoon. The megayacht, measuring more than 415 feet in length, can accommodate 18 people in nine cabins.
However, one of Bezos’s friends said the wedding was not on the boat. Highlighting Venice’s regulations that a boat as massive as Koru, would have to anchor in the Arsenale area, sources say all the money in the world cannot change the law. Moreover, the Gritti Palace and Aman Venice, two of Venice’s premier hotels, have been fully booked for the grand wedding on June 26-29.

Bezos, 61, and Sanchez made their relationship public in 2019. He proposed to the philanthropist in May 2023 with a 30-carat engagement ring onboard the Koru.
