Everyone loves their ice cream and children are no exception. It so happened that a 4-year-old boy called the police about his mom being bad. The incident recently occurred in the town of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
The Mount Pleasant Police Department said a little boy called 911 saying his mom was being bad and needed to go to jail. When two police officers arrived, the boy told them that “his mom ate his ice cream and needed to go to jail for it.” He then said that he didn’t want his mom to go to jail and just wanted some ice cream.
The following day, the police officers had a delightful surprise for the little boy. They got him some ice cream as he had decided to let his mom off the hook, and didn’t want to trouble her anymore. The Mount Pleasant Police Department took to social media to share the humorous side of things saying ‘they understand’.
Netizens were quick to respond with one applauding the child saying he knows how to call for help and it could save someone’s life one day. And another user commended the police officers for creating positive relationships with children.
